Weekly Update

10th October 2023

Message from the Headteacher

Welcome to our new look weekly update. This will now be sent out at the beginning of the week and will provide key updates as well as sharing positive news.

I am looking forward to welcoming Year 7 parents later today to share key information as well as talking about how well they have settled in. I have been incredibly impressed with how all students have settled in this half term but a special mention has to go to Year 7 and 12.

Last week we had a Year 10 and 11 students visiting Manchester and Salford Quays as part of their GCSE Geography course.

We also had our Combined Cadet Force out on a Navy Sailing Day. Army Field Day and shooting competition. Well done to Emily and Grace in Year 9 who achieved maximum points with the air rifle.
